| Bio: | my full name is emily kristin morse. friends call me e.mo, or pinky, or just emily if they want every girl in the room to turn around. i grew up in maine, and i'm currently living in new york city. i graduated from connecticut college with a bachelor of arts degree in classics in may 05, and i still miss conn so much! while i was there i was editor in chief of the newspaper (i <3 the voice staff!) and, briefly, a&e editor of the literary magazine...somehow that lead to my current position at a magazine. in college i made most of my income by sewing - you can check out my stuff on ebay, i'm cartoonplanet! (see banner below) i have almost no spare time on my hands, but when i get it i usually spend it writing, causing trouble with my friends, watching crime shows, and playing old school nintendo.
i'm a writer - most of us livejournal junkies are! i've been keeping multiple journals since i was 13 or so, and i've been writing short stories since i can remember. i'm a poet (my honors thesis in classics was a transposition of selections from ovid's heroides into modern english poetry), a fiction writer, a journalist, and most of this can be found on my deviantart account. i have a crush on every boy. no, really. it's bad. but i'm not smitten with every boy. and get this, i make out with everyone in my dreams. i even made out with jesus once. so if i know you, you're pretty much in my make out dreams. don't worry though, it doesn't mean anything. i'm really sarcastic and bitter, but i'm that girl that always jumps in and says "but i bet he's really nice!" when my friends make fun of someone...i suck at hating.
